Contact View Mart within seven days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description. Keep the packaging, accessories and proof of purchase.
Eligibility
Return eligibility depends on item condition, product category and the reason for return. Hygiene-sensitive, used, physically damaged or unauthorized-repair items may not qualify.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after inspection using an agreed payment method. Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged on arrival.
